M Chef 2-Star Certification Graded Checklist Uploads

  

STEP 4: Graded Checklist Uploads #1-7

Below are brief instructions for Step 4: Graded Checklist Uploads. These instructions are shown again in detail on the individual upload pages.

Points for M Chef 2-Star Certification: You must have at least 9 points out of 12 available points to be eligible for the M Chef 2-Star Certification.

Document Types Accepted: Microsoft Word, PDF, PNG or JPEG.

Note: You may return to upload these documents later, but you cannot complete the M Chef 2-Star Certification until you upload your documents that add up to 9 of the 12 points and mark all others “Not Applicable.”

• If you answered YES when completing the Graded Checklist Questions #1-7, upload your documents for each question:

  1. Chef Experience - Sous Chef - 1 Point

  2. Cooking Experience - CDC - 2 Points

  3. Chef - Years - Ten (10) Years - 2 Points

  4. Chef Management Experience - Team of Ten (10) - 2 Points

  5. Rep Chef Experience - 48 Months - 2 Points

  6. Degree - Professional Culinary - 2 Points

  7. Trade Shows - 2 NAFEM - 4 NRA - 1 Point

     • Use the "Upload File" button in the "Your Response/Notes" section and click "Submit Assignment" and choose "MAFSI M Chef" as your Instructor.

• If you answer NO when completing the Graded Checklist Questions #1-7:

  • Please write Not Applicable in the text section under "Your Response/Notes" and click "Submit Assignment".

    • IMPORTANT: If you do not write "Not Applicable" in this section, you will not be able to complete this module.

Review of Your Uploads: The M Chef Instructor will review your uploads and approve them. If they require more information they will email you regarding your uploads. Please allow up to 5 days for review.
