STEP 5: M Chef 2-Star Written Exam

This multiple choice online exam covers intermediate equipment, food preparation, and culinary knowledge, focused on aligning food programs with the most effective solutions by analyzing different scenarios.

The 51-Question Written Online Exam must be completed in 30 minutes with a minimum passing score of 80%. 

If you fail, you must wait 30 days to retake the Written Exam.
