M Chef 3-Star Certification Required Items

  

STEP 2: Required Item Uploads #1-2

Below are brief instructions for Step 2: Required Item Uploads. These instructions are shown again in detail on the individual upload pages.

Document Types Accepted: Microsoft Word, PDF, PNG or JPEG.        

Note: You may return to upload these documents later, but you cannot complete the M Chef 3-Star Certification until your Two (2) Required Items are uploaded.

• On the following pages you will upload your documents for Required Items #1-2:

  1. M Chef 1-Star Certificate

  2. M Chef 2-Star Certificate

     • Use the "Upload File" button in the "Your Response/Notes" section and click "Submit Assignment" and choose "MAFSI M Chef" as your Instructor.

Review of Your Uploads: The M Chef Instructor will review your uploads and approve them. If they require more information they will email you regarding your uploads. Please allow up to 5 days for review.
