This 45-minute live Zoom demonstration will showcase multiple pieces of cooking or preparation equipment available in your test kitchen, targeting the presentation towards a specific market segment of your choosing (ex. K-12 Schools, Healthcare, Stadiums, Fast Casual, etc.).

The 45-minute Practical Live Zoom Exam is a Pass or Fail Test.

If you fail, you must wait 30 days to retake the Practical Exam.
